# Exhibitio > Exhibitio is the commerce and finance platform for exhibitions and events. Organisers sell tickets, booths and sponsorships from their own event pages, with every payment settling directly into their own Stripe account, and pay venues, suppliers and crew from one workspace. Flat fees per sale, never a percentage of revenue. Exhibitio is an Australian platform. The canonical site is https://exhibitio.app. ## What Exhibitio does - Sell attendee tickets, exhibitor booths and floor space, and event sponsorships from hosted event pages or embedded on the organiser's own website - Organisers are the merchant of record: money settles into the organiser's own connected Stripe account, and Exhibitio never takes custody of funds - Applications and approvals: organisers can require buyers to apply and be approved before paying, for any of the three sale types - Deposits and instalment plans for booths and sponsorships, collected automatically through Stripe - Revenue dashboard, budget planner, invoice email-in with reconciliation, and scheduled supplier payments - On-site registration: attendee check-in, exhibitor bump-in, QR scanning - AI features: an optional customer service agent that answers buyer questions from the organiser's event information, and a Claude (MCP) connector that lets an organiser connect an AI assistant to read their own workspace data ## Integrations - Stripe: every payment settles directly into the organiser's own connected Stripe account; deposits, instalment plans, payouts and supplier payments run on Stripe rails, and event capital is available through Stripe as sales grow - Xero: daily sales post into the organiser's own Xero ledger as draft invoices, one per sales day, with each line tagged to its event for per-event profit and loss - ExpoFP: interactive venue floor plans embedded on event pages, connected to booth sales (rolling out) - Claude (MCP): organisers connect their own AI assistant to read workspace data such as revenue, orders, invoices and applications - Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4: ad spend and conversions joined to real sales for true return on ad spend (rolling out) - Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: tickets buyers can add to their phone's wallet ## Pricing Flat fees at the moment of sale, never a percentage. In Australian dollars: free tickets carry no fee, paid tickets A$0.99 per ticket, booths A$15 per booth sold, sponsorships A$25 per sponsorship sold. Other supported currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, NZD, EUR) each have their own deliberately set flat schedule. Exhibitio Finance supplier payments cost 1% per payment, minimum A$1, capped at A$495 per month. The customer service agent is A$1.50 per resolved question (in beta, currently free). Organiser payouts to themselves are always free. Stripe's card processing fees apply at cost and are set by Stripe. - [Pricing](https://exhibitio.app/pricing): the full fee schedule in every supported currency - [How we make money](https://exhibitio.app/how-we-make-money): the revenue model, stated plainly ## Key pages - [Home](https://exhibitio.app/): product overview, commerce diagram, and the event commerce suite - [Tattoo expos](https://exhibitio.app/tattoo-expos): the platform for artist-owned tattoo expos and conventions (available in Australia) - [Terms of service](https://exhibitio.app/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://exhibitio.app/privacy) - [Refund policy](https://exhibitio.app/refund-policy) - [Cookies policy](https://exhibitio.app/cookies) - [Data processing](https://exhibitio.app/dpa) ## Comparisons Unlike percentage-based ticketing platforms, Exhibitio charges the same flat fee whatever the ticket price, and the organiser's money never passes through Exhibitio: it settles directly in the organiser's own Stripe account on Stripe's normal payout schedule, before the event, not after it.
