attendeehelp.com

Your event’s own customer service agent.

  • A free address for your show, yourname@attendeehelp.com
  • Answers from your event’s own details, FAQs and catalogue
  • Finds the customer’s order and re-sends their tickets
  • Drafts every reply for your tick, or sends on its own when it is sure
  • Hands you the questions it cannot answer, never a guess

The same questions arrive every night: where are my tickets, what time do doors open, can I upgrade, where do exhibitors unload. attendeehelp.com reads all of it, answers what it knows from your event, and leaves you only the ones that need a person.

attendeehelp.com is built and hosted by Exhibitio. It comes with every event on the platform.

I’m really unhappy. I bought two weekend passes on Saturday and my tickets never arrived. I need them before the show.sarah.m84@gmail.com, via homeexpo@attendeehelp.com
Sorry for the frustration, Sarah. I found your order: two weekend passes under sarah.m84@gmail.com, paid Saturday 7:41pm. I have re-sent the PDF tickets to that address just now. If they are not there in a few minutes, check spam, or reply here and I will reissue them.Order looked up, tickets re-sent. Drafted from Orders and Ticket delivery.

How it works

The help desk your event never had time for.

The address

One address, printed everywhere.

Every event on Exhibitio gets a handle on attendeehelp.com, free. Put it on your website, your tickets, your signage and your exhibitor manual. Anything sent to it is read by the agent. Forward your existing support inbox to it and nothing changes for your audience.

  • Pick the handle, homeexpo or anything you like
  • Chat widget for your site uses the same brain
  • Old addresses keep resolving; nothing you handed out breaks
What it knows

It answers from your event, not the internet.

The agent is grounded in an index of your own event: details, hours, venue and policies, your published FAQs, your ticket, booth and sponsorship catalogue, the notes you write for it, and every answer you have approved. It says plainly when it does not know.

  • Re-syncs from your event every time you change it
  • Your notes and approved answers survive every sync
  • No question is answered from outside your event
Real answers

“Where are my tickets” gets the tickets.

When a customer writes from the address they bought with, the agent sees their orders, tickets and passes, and can re-send them. It looks up a record only for the sender’s own address, or an order number and purchase email given together, so nobody can fish for someone else’s order.

  • Order found, PDF re-sent, apology drafted
  • Upgrades and refunds proposed as actions for your approval
  • Nothing about another customer is ever shown
Your tick

Approve first, or let it run.

Every reply is drafted with its sources and a confidence score. In approve-first mode nothing leaves until you tick it. Switch to auto-reply and the agent sends on its own when it is confident and nothing in the message needs a person. Complaints, refunds and anything tense come to you.

  • One tap to approve, one to edit
  • A suggested FAQ from every new question
  • Escalations land in your inbox, not the customer’s spam

What is attendeehelp.com?

Is it free?

The address, the chat widget and the knowledge index are free with your event. A$1.50 per resolution. charged only when the agent resolves a question itself. Questions it hands to you cost nothing.

Does it send replies without me?

Only if you switch it to auto-reply, and even then only when it is confident and nothing in the message needs a person. In approve-first mode every reply waits for your tick. Complaints and refunds always come to you.

Can it see customer orders?

Only the sender’s own. It matches records to the address the customer wrote from, or to an order number and purchase email supplied together. It never looks up anyone else.

Does it make things up?

Can I keep my existing support email?

Yes. Forward it to your attendeehelp.com address and the agent reads it the same way. Anything you have already handed out keeps working.
