Tickets are not all you have for sale.
Somewhere between the checkout and the IPO, ticketing platforms forgot the booths and sponsorships that actually fund a show. Here is where that leaves you.

How does six months of free ticket fees work?
Sign up, sell tickets, and for six months the platform fee on every ticket is $0. After that it is a flat $0.99 a ticket, which you can pass to the buyer and keep paying nothing. No subscription either way; card processing is at Stripe standard rates, as on every platform.
Is Exhibitio a full Eventbrite alternative?
For exhibitions, expos, conventions, trade shows and most live events, yes: ticketing, embedded checkout, wallet passes, QR door scanning and payouts. Exhibitio also sells what Eventbrite does not: exhibitor booths with applications and instalment plans, and sponsorship packages.
Does Exhibitio have the features I use on Eventbrite?
Yes. Tickets land in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, QR code tickets are emailed on purchase, and customer management, refunds and analytics are built in. On show day there is on-site registration for both attendees and vendors, with walk-up sales, badge printing and kiosk self check-in.
Who answers my attendees’ questions after I switch?
Your event’s own customer service agent. It gets its own email address, drafts every reply from your programme and policies, and you approve each one before it sends. You pay only when a query is resolved.
How do the fees compare with Eventbrite?
Eventbrite's published standard US rate is 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket (August 2026). Exhibitio charges a flat $0.99 per ticket at any price, and you can pass fees to the buyer so the platform costs you nothing. On 5,000 tickets at $45, that is roughly $17,275 against $4,950, or $0 passed on.
Do I have to move my money through Exhibitio?
No. Sales settle to your own Stripe account and you control the payout schedule: standard, drip or manual. Exhibitio never holds your revenue.
Can I migrate an event that is already on sale?
Yes. Set up the event, mirror your remaining ticket types, and point your links at the new storefront; already-sold tickets can be imported and scanned at the door alongside the new ones.
What about booths and sponsors, which Eventbrite does not sell?
That is the reason Exhibitio exists. Exhibitors apply, you approve, they pay in full or by automated instalments; sponsors buy packages through the same checkout. Everything reconciles in one revenue dashboard.
What does the rest of it cost?
There is no subscription. Booth sales carry a flat $15 fee and sponsorships $25, both passable to the buyer, and card processing is Stripe standard rates. The platform earns per sale or not at all.
Flat fees when you sell.
Never a percentage of your sales. No subscription, no monthly bill for selling.
