Wallet tickets
Every registration lands in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with a QR code, and is emailed on purchase. Nobody prints at home.

Set up event registration in four steps.
- Step 1
Create the event
Name, dates, venue, your logo and colours. The event page and the embeddable checkout are live in a few minutes.
- Step 2
Add the registration types
Free trade registration, paid passes, comps. Set the questions, the caps and the sessions for each.
- Step 3
Publish and share
Your own event page, or the checkout embedded in your site. Registrations start landing in your list and your Stripe account.
- Step 4
Open the doors
Scan on a phone or a kiosk, print badges, watch the live count. Export the list when the show closes.
Who registered, who arrived, and every door scanning.
Registration is not a list, it is a live count. The dashboard shows who has registered and who has actually walked in, per type, while every door runs on a scanner link: send it to a volunteer and their own phone is the scanner, revoke it and that door is closed.

Printing badges
Scan, print, lanyard on, through the door.
A badge template per attendee type, printed at the desk or a kiosk the moment the registration is scanned. For exhibitor staff, the check-in pop-up shows the booth allocation and the lanyard colour, so the right lanyard goes on and they are pointed at the right aisle without a second question.
Badge printing
Per-ticket-type designs on the event’s own branding. What you see is what prints.

Every scan is timestamped, so the show plays back in 30-minute slots: when the queue built, which day carried the gate, and when to roster the second scanner next year. Saturday at ten is your show; put the extra kiosk out before it, not after the queue forms.

Running event registration on Exhibitio
How do I set up event registration?
Create the event, add a registration type (free, paid or comp), set the questions you want answered, and publish. The event page and the embed code are ready as soon as you save. Most organisers are live inside an hour.
Can I run free and paid registration on one form?
Yes. A free trade registration and a paid public ticket sit on the same form as two types. The attendee picks one, answers the questions for it, and both land in the same list and the same ledger.
What does event registration software cost per person?
A$0.99 for a paid registration, which you can pass to the buyer with one toggle, and nothing for a free registration. There is no monthly plan and no percentage of the ticket price. Other currencies are on the pricing page.
Does it print a badge at check-in?
Yes. Scan the QR code on the attendee’s wallet pass or email and the badge prints from any label printer at the desk, using a template per attendee type. A kiosk does the same without staff.
Can I export the registration list?
Yes. Every field, including your custom questions and check-in times, exports to CSV at any point before, during or after the show. The data sits in your account and stays there.
Is it PCI compliant and where is the data held?
Payments run on Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, and card details never touch Exhibitio. Registration data is held in an Australian-region database and you control who on your team can see it.
How do scanner links work?
Each door gets its own link. Anyone who opens it on their phone sees the scanner for your event and nothing else, so volunteers use their own phones and there is no hardware to hire. Revoke the link and that door stops scanning the same minute.
Can I see who has registered but not arrived?
Yes. The registration dashboard shows registered against through-the-door, live and per type, so at 10 am you know how many trade attendees are still to come and whether the second kiosk should go out now.
What is the best event registration software for exhibitions and trade shows?
The one that treats the exhibitor side and the attendee side as one business. Most registration tools stop at the attendee form; an exhibition also sells booths, collects deposits, pays suppliers and prints exhibitor badges. Exhibitio was built for that whole show, by an organiser.
