  3. Step 3

    Publish and embed

Press Publish. Share the event page, or paste one snippet into your own site. Tickets go to wallets as they sell.

  • The pass in the wallet, scannable at your door
  • Try it on the demo events above, with a real checkout

Invite your community

The people who came last year are your first buyers this year.

Send tracked invites to past attendees, your exhibitors and their followings. Each invite carries a name, an email, the ticket type it is for and a promo code if you want one attached, and it tracks from sent to opened to bought, name by name, not as a campaign statistic.

  • Invite attendees to buy, and exhibitors to book their booth
  • Invites from your event's own address, not a noreply
  • Exhibitors get invite links for their own customers

Saturday midday is your show: roster the extra kiosk and the second scanner before 11, not after the queue forms.

Monitor your door traffic. Every scan is timestamped, so the show plays back hour by hour: when the queue built, which gate carried it, and when to roster the second scanner next year. The peaks are marked for you.

The customer agent

The same questions every night. Answered, in your voice.

Every show has the same inbox: where do I park, my tickets never arrived, can I bring the dog. The customer agent reads every attendee email, resends lost tickets itself, answers from your FAQs and event details, and drafts the rest for you. It carries a semantic memory of your show, so the answer it gave in March is still the answer in November unless you change it.

It also knows what it does not know. Every draft carries a confidence score, and when the agent is only, say, 75 per cent certain, the reply waits for your approval instead of sending. Each answer you approve or correct becomes part of what it knows, so it gets more accurate with every show you run. You pay per answered conversation, not a subscription.

I’m really unhappy. I bought two weekend passes on Saturday and my tickets never arrived. I need them before the show.sarah.m84@gmail.com, via homeexpo@attendeehelp.com
Sorry for the frustration, Sarah. I found your order: two weekend passes under sarah.m84@gmail.com, paid Saturday 7:41pm. I have re-sent the PDF tickets to that address just now. If they are not there in a few minutes, check spam, or reply here and I will reissue them.Order looked up, tickets re-sent. Drafted from Orders and Ticket delivery.

Questions organisers ask

Selling tickets on Exhibitio

How do I sell tickets online?

Create the event, add a ticket type with a price and a quantity, connect your Stripe account and publish. Your event page is live and the checkout can be embedded in your own site with one snippet. Most organisers sell their first ticket the same day.

What does it cost to sell a ticket?

A$0.99 a paid ticket, which you can pass to the buyer with one toggle, and nothing for a free ticket. Stripe’s card processing fee applies on top, as it does on every platform. There is no monthly plan and no percentage of the ticket price.

When do I get the money?

Sales settle to your own Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule. Exhibitio does not hold ticket money and does not pay out after the show, because it was never in the payout path.

Can I sell tickets from my own website?

Yes. Paste one snippet into any page on your site and the full checkout runs inside it. Attendees never leave your domain and the sale settles to your Stripe account the same way.

Do attendees get a ticket in their wallet?

Yes. Every ticket goes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with a QR code and is emailed on purchase. Your door scans the wallet pass, the email or a printout.

Can I sell tickets at the door?

Yes. The check-in app sells walk-up tickets with tap to pay on the same phone that scans. The sale, the ticket and the scan happen in one motion and the money lands in your Stripe account.

Is there a free ticketing option?

Free tickets are free: no fee, no limit. Paid tickets are A$0.99 each, passable to the buyer, so a show that passes the fee on pays Exhibitio nothing for ticketing at all.
