The Eventeny alternative
- Eventeny: US$0 to US$240 a month, plus 3 to 5% of your sales
- Here: no plan, no percentage, a flat $0.99 a ticket you can pass on
- Booths with deposits, balances and automatic reminders
- Money settles in your own Stripe account, no transfer step
- Suppliers paid from the same ledger the sales land in
- A customer service agent that answers your buyers for you
Exhibitio runs the same shows Eventeny does, fairs, conventions, festivals and exhibitions, as a commerce layer: booths, tickets and sponsorships through one checkout, with budgets and supplier payments behind it.

Eventeny vs Exhibitio for a fair or a convention
Eventeny is the closest thing to a like-for-like competitor, which is exactly why the differences are worth a table: where the money settles, what the fee is, and who pays the suppliers.
| What your show needs | Eventeny | Exhibitio |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Basic US$0, Starter US$60, Plus US$120, Pro US$240 a month on annual, plus 3 to 5% transaction fee | No plan. $0.99 a ticket, $15 a booth, $25 a sponsorship, each passable to the buyer |
| Where the money settles | Eventeny, transferred to you, typically next day | Your own Stripe account, no transfer step |
| Exhibitor and vendor booths | Applications, jury scoring, approve or waitlist, booth map | Applications, approve or waitlist, deposits and balances with reminders, opt-in floor plan inside the purchase |
| Exhibitor payment plans | Instalment plans, mentioned in the FAQ | Deposit and balance per booth type, reminders automatic, overdue list live |
| Sponsorships | Sponsor management | Packages sold through the same checkout, with instalments |
| Paying your suppliers | Outside the platform | Invoices emailed in, read and matched, approved and paid from the show ledger, posted to Xero |
| On-site | Organizer app check-in, ticket scanning | QR scanning on any phone, badge printing, kiosk self check-in, walk-up sales, offline mode |
| Attendee support | You answer attendee email yourself | A customer service agent drafts every reply from your event; you approve |
| Schedule, volunteers, programme | Built in | Session tickets with caps; no volunteer roster or programme builder |
| Built for | Festivals, fairs, markets, conventions, US first | Organiser-owned exhibitions, expos, conventions and fairs, AU first, six currencies |

How does Exhibitio pricing compare with Eventeny?
Eventeny publishes four plans, Basic at US$0 and Starter, Plus and Pro at US$60, US$120 and US$240 a month on an annual basis, plus a 3 to 5 per cent transaction fee on sales and card fees on top. Exhibitio has no monthly plan and no percentage: $0.99 a ticket, $15 a booth and $25 a sponsorship, each passable to the buyer, plus Stripe's card fee. Figures as published in August 2026.
Does Exhibitio do vendor and exhibitor management like Eventeny?
Yes. Exhibitors apply online, you approve, waitlist or decline, they pay a deposit and the balance on your date, they pick a booth on your floor plan if you use one, and their staff badges print at the door. The difference is the commercial story is on the page, not buried: deposits, balances and fee pass-through are the headline, not an FAQ.
Where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe account, on Stripe’s schedule. Exhibitio is not in the payout path and holds nothing. Eventeny states funds are typically transferred next day; with Exhibitio there is no transfer step because the sale settled to you in the first place.
Can I run a festival, a fair or a convention on Exhibitio?
Yes. The platform was built for organiser-owned shows that live on booth, ticket and sponsorship revenue: comic cons, craft fairs, home shows, food festivals, trade shows. The vertical pages in the footer show how each one runs, with live demo events you can buy a ticket from.
What about the schedule, volunteers and mapping?
Session tickets with caps and per-type check-in counts are in; a volunteer roster and a public programme builder are not, and we would rather say so than sell a module. Floor plans are an opt-in per organiser, placed inside the booth purchase after type and quantity, never a browse-first map.
Does Exhibitio pay my suppliers too?
Yes, and Eventeny does not. Invoices are emailed to your event’s own address, read and matched to your budget, approved by you and paid on schedule from the show ledger, with daily sales posting to Xero. The show earns and spends in one place.
Can we start with one event?
Yes. There is nothing to subscribe to. Create the event, connect Stripe, publish, and you are selling the same day. If it is your first show with us, ask about the Founding Show fee waiver on booths and sponsorships.
Flat fees when you sell.
Never a percentage of your sales. No subscription, no monthly bill for selling.
