Sessions in one click
Pick your days, the session length and the gap between them. Eight sessions a day over three days is one screen, not twenty-four ticket types.
Per-session caps
A number per session, or one number for all of them. Change it on the day and your checkout and your door follow immediately.
Sold out closes itself
When a session reaches its cap it stops selling and shows the next available one. Nobody buys a ticket for a room that is full.

Timed entry on Exhibitio
How do I create timed entry sessions?
Add a ticket type and choose Timed sessions. Set the first session time, the length, the gap between sessions, the last session and the cap, and the grid is generated for every day of the event. Eight sessions a day over three days takes one screen.
Can I cap each session?
Yes. One number for all sessions or a different number per session. The checkout stops selling at the cap and the check-in app stops scanning past it. Change the cap on the day and both follow immediately.
What happens when a session sells out?
It closes itself and the event page shows the next session with seats remaining. Nobody can buy into a full room, and the door will not scan a ticket for a session that is over capacity.
Can an attendee change session?
You can move them from the order in your dashboard, and the counts on both sessions update as you do it. Attendee self-service changes are not offered, because the cap is yours to hold.
Does the door count update live?
Yes. Every scanner and your dashboard show the live number in the room per session and per door, so the cap is a line you can see rather than a number on a plan.
What does timed entry cost?
The same as any ticket: A$0.99 for a paid session ticket, passable to the buyer, and nothing for a free one. The session grid and the check-in app are part of every event.
