A food festival gathers producers, food trucks, wineries and brewers into one place for a ticketed day of tasting and buying. Sessions split the day into lunch and evening crowds, and drinks and appliance brands sponsor because the audience is exactly who they want holding their product. Vendor churn runs higher here than in any other category, which makes vendor recruitment a permanent job and vendor onboarding a funnel worth automating. Exhibitio automates the event sales side, from vendor applications and site payments to sessioned ticketing and sponsorships, then the payables for the site, power and services behind the day. The show that is easy to book is the show that fills.

Questions organisers ask

Running food festivals on Exhibitio

What does Exhibitio cost for food festivals?

There is no subscription and no percentage of your revenue. Tickets carry a flat A$0.99 fee and vendor sales a flat A$15 fee, and you can pass fees to the buyer at checkout so the platform costs you nothing. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate either way.

Where does the money go when someone buys?

Straight to your own Stripe account, not ours. You choose the payout schedule: standard, drip or manual. Exhibitio never holds your revenue.

Can vendors apply and pay by instalments?

Yes. You publish vendor types, take applications, approve or reject them, and approved vendors can pay in full or on an automated instalment plan.

What happens at the door?

Exhibitio includes on-site registration: QR scanning, walk-up sales, badge printing with per-ticket-type designs, kiosk self check-in and a live door dashboard.

Can I sell sponsorships too?

Yes. Sponsorship packages sit alongside tickets and vendor sales: publish tiers, take applications or sell direct, and invoice or collect instalments the same way. One flat fee per sale, no percentage.

Does it handle my budget and supplier bills?

Yes. Build the show budget, add payees, email invoices straight in and they read themselves, then approve and schedule payments. Every bill reconciles against the budget so you always know where the show stands.

Who answers attendee questions?

The customer agent. Your event gets its own support address, the agent reads everything that arrives and drafts replies from your event details, FAQs and orders. You approve each reply, or set it to auto-send.
