Deposits and balances
Exhibitors pay a deposit at booking and the balance on a date you set. The reminder goes out by itself; the overdue list is live.
Fee pass-through
One toggle per event. On, and the buyer pays the A$0.99. Off, and you absorb it. Either way it is printed on the receipt.

Refunds and changes
Full or partial refunds from the order, back to the original card, with the ledger and the door list updated at the same time.
Supplier payouts
Invoices emailed to your event’s address are read and matched. Approve, and the supplier is paid from the ledger, reconciled.

How event payments work on Exhibitio
When do I get paid?
On Stripe’s schedule for your account, because the money settles to your Stripe account directly. Exhibitio is not in the payout path and does not hold funds until after the event.
Can the buyer pay the fee?
Yes. Turn on fee pass-through for the event and the A$0.99 is added at checkout and shown on the receipt. Your takings stay whole. Turn it off and you absorb it.
Can exhibitors pay a deposit and a balance?
Yes. Set the deposit and the balance date on the booth type. The exhibitor pays the deposit at booking, gets reminded before the balance is due, and the overdue list is live in your dashboard.
Do you hold my money?
No. Sales settle into your own Stripe account. Refunds come out of it, payouts to suppliers come out of it, and the ledger in Exhibitio reflects it. There is no platform wallet.
Which cards and wallets do you take?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfer for booth and sponsorship invoices. Stripe handles the card side, so anything Stripe supports in your country works.
What does a refund cost?
Exhibitio charges nothing to refund. Stripe’s processing fee on the original payment is not returned by Stripe, which is the same on every platform that runs on cards. The ledger and the door list update with the refund.
