Pricing
Flat fees. Never a percentage.
The workspace is free to use. You pay a flat fee only when you make a sale, $0.99 on a paid ticket, and nothing on a free one. No percentage, no cap, no monthly bill for selling.
The fee schedule
Flat fees, and nothing else.
You pay a flat fee at the moment of each sale, and nothing otherwise. There is no percentage, no cap, and no monthly bill for selling. Whatever a ticket costs, the fee is the same. Sell in any supported currency, each with its own deliberately set flat schedule (never a converted rate).

- Refunds are free to run, for you and for your buyer. We charge nothing to process one.
- On a full refund, our flat fee comes back too.
- On a partial refund, the flat fee is retained.
- Stripe's own card processing fee is set by Stripe and is not returned on a refund. That is Stripe's policy, not ours, and it is disclosed at checkout.
The percentage tax on your sales
About $3 versus $0.99 on a $20 ticket.
Percentage-based platforms are reported to take around 15% on a $20 ticket (SimpleTix, 2026), roughly $3 on that one sale, and more as your prices rise. Exhibitio charges a flat $0.99 on that ticket, and the same flat $0.99 whether the ticket is $20 or ten times that.
Where the money sits
Your money goes to your own Stripe account.
Every sale settles directly into your own connected Stripe account. Exhibitio never holds your money and never sits between you and your buyers at the gate. We take our flat fee at the time of the sale and the rest is yours immediately.
Because the funds are in your own account, you are paid on Stripe's normal schedule rather than waiting until after the event, and you run your own payouts and refunds from there. That is a real cash-flow advantage, and it is the line we do not cross: we never take custody of your funds.
Exhibitio Finance
Pay out suppliers and reconcile, for a flat monthly price.
Selling stays free of any subscription, funded by the flat fees above. Exhibitio Finance is the optional paid product for moving money: scheduled supplier payouts, automated reconciliation, and a finance agent. The money still runs from your own Stripe account to your suppliers, under your control. There are no per-payout fees; the price is for access, never a cut of money moved.

GMV is measured on your platform Stripe data, never self-reported. Finance is an Admin-only feature, since it moves money.
