Event management software

Event management software built for shows: booths, tickets, sponsors, suppliers, one ledger.

Most event management software manages the attendee. A show also sells booths, collects deposits, pays the venue and prints exhibitor badges. Exhibitio runs that whole show, with the money in your own Stripe account and A$0.99 a ticket.

  • The whole show, not the attendee list. booths, sponsorships, tickets, the door and the suppliers, on one ledger you can read in one screen.
  • Money in, money out. exhibitor deposits and balances chased by the system, suppliers paid from the same ledger, the books reconciled.
  • No plan, no contract. flat fees per sale, passable to the buyer. Create one event and see whether it earns its keep.

What it manages

Six jobs, in the order the money moves.

1. Sell the booths

Booth types with prices, deposits and balance dates. Exhibitors apply online, you approve or waitlist, they pay the deposit and pick a spot on your floor plan if you use one.

2. Collect the balances

Reminders go out before the balance date by themselves. The overdue list is live in your dashboard, so Sunday night stops being collections night.

3. Sell the sponsorships

Packages with what is included, sold through the same checkout, paid in full or by instalments, on the same ledger as the booths.

Questions organisers ask

Event management software, for shows

What does event management software do for an exhibition?

For an exhibition it has to do two businesses at once: sell booths and sponsorships to exhibitors, with deposits, balances and applications, and sell tickets to attendees, with a door that scans and prints badges. Then pay the suppliers. Exhibitio does all of that on one ledger; most tools do the attendee half.

Can I sell booths and tickets in the same system?

Yes. Booth types, sponsorship packages and ticket types sit on the same event page and the same checkout, and every sale lands in the same ledger and the same Stripe account. The exhibitor list and the attendee list are two views of one event.

Do exhibitors pay in instalments?

Yes. Set a deposit and a balance date on the booth type. The exhibitor pays the deposit at booking, is reminded before the balance is due, and the overdue list is live in your dashboard. Sponsorships work the same way.

How are suppliers paid?

Invoices are emailed to your event’s own address, read and matched to the budget line, approved by you, and paid from the show ledger, reconciled against the sales that came in. No personal banking app, no second spreadsheet.

Does it replace my spreadsheets?

The booth sales sheet, the instalment chasing sheet, the ticket list, the door count and the supplier payments sheet, yes. The programme and the volunteer roster, no, and we would rather say so than sell a module.

What should I look for in event management software?

Where the money settles (your account or theirs), whether the fee is flat or a percentage of your success, whether exhibitor deposits and balances are on the page or in an FAQ, whether the door prints badges, and whether you can leave with your data. Those five answer most of it.

Is there a contract?

No. No subscription, no annual licence, no minimum. Flat fees per sale, passable to the buyer. Create one event and see whether it earns its keep.
