Collectibles ExpoCollectibles ShowCollectibles Market

A collectibles fair is a dealer marketplace: coins, comics, vinyl, memorabilia and vintage toys traded across tables booked weekend after weekend. Promoters run circuits, and the same dealers appear wherever the buyers are, paying table fees upfront. That makes the vendor list the business and rebooking the campaign, with the gate as the second stream. Exhibitio automates table sales, instalments and walk-up ticketing, then the payables for halls and services. High-frequency shows live or die on admin, and automation is the margin.

Audience: collectors and resellers, strongly repeat
Cash-ready buyers hunting specific pieces
Purpose: B2C dealing, trading and valuation
Exhibitors: professional dealers and serious collectors
Tables paid upfront, gate on the day
Monthly or quarterly cadence per city
Promoter-run circuits with lean crews
Revenue mix: tables first, gate second
