Exhibitio Partner Program

Join our event partner program.

A$10,000 of platform credit, or six months, whichever you reach first. It covers our fees on tickets, exhibitor space and sponsorships. A support agent who answers inside 24 hours, and a 45-minute call once a month with the person building the platform.

What you get

Four things, until the credit or the six months runs out.

Credit against what you sell

A show selling 7,000 tickets and 200 exhibitor spaces pays us about A$9,930 in fees over a sales cycle. The credit covers that. Card processing still goes to Stripe at their published rates, on every platform including this one, and nothing is added to it.

A support agent inside 24 hours

Any request, answered within 24 hours. Not a ticket number and not an account manager who forwards it on.

A 45-minute call once a month

With the person building the platform. What you raise goes into the build order, and a small programme means it can be in the platform the same month.

Your event moved across

Your exhibitor list, your floor plan, your ticket types and your part-paid instalments. The setup happens with you on a call, not in a help article.

Event staff working the registration desk at an exhibition
Who is behind this

Built by people who work the desk.

Exhibitio runs real events with real money moving through them. The software gets used at the registration desk on the morning of a show, not only in a demo.

The partner program exists so the platform gets shaped by more than one kind of event. Different halls, different verticals, different ways of selling exhibitor space. That is what the monthly call is for, and it is the half of this trade that matters most to us.

Who this is for

Four things have to be true.

The program works on an event that sells more than tickets, because it is the whole of Exhibitio being put to work, not the ticketing alone.

  • You run at least one exhibition, expo, fair or convention a year.
  • You sell exhibitor space: booths, tables, stands or sites.
  • You sell sponsorship packages.
  • You pay venues, suppliers and contractors for event costs.

If you only sell tickets you can still use Exhibitio, and the platform is free either way. The program is for events with exhibitor space and sponsorships to sell.

What you agree to

Two things, and that is the whole of it.

The Exhibitio Partner Program badge

This badge on your site

We send you the files. Nothing else about how your event looks has to change, and you keep the badge afterwards if you want it.

A 45-minute call once a month

You tell us what is broken, what is missing, and what you went back to a spreadsheet for. That is the part we are paying for.

After the credit

Nothing renews, because there is nothing to renew.

The platform is free to use. No subscription, no plan, no credit card to start and none to keep going. When the credit or the six months runs out you are not rolled into anything, and there is no notice to give if you would rather stop.

You pay Exhibitio when you make a sale, and on payables automation if you use it. That is the whole of it. Your money has been settling into your own Stripe account the entire time, so if you leave you export your data and go.
